Affectionately known as The Dancing Unicorn, A. Joelle has spent nearly two decades in movement and performance.
She earned her B.A. in Dance with a minor in Theater from Spelman College in 2025, training in ballet, tap, jazz, hip-hop, and pointe under the instructors of McClendon Performing Arts and AREA Atlanta.
Today she serves as Performing Ensemble Director at AREA Dance Academy, where she shapes the studio's top performing dancers — building technique, stage presence, and the discipline that turns a good dancer into a memorable one. She has modeled for international dancewear brands and appeared in music videos and commercial projects across Atlanta.
Whether she's coaching a competition solo, choreographing a concept piece, or styling a dancer for the stage, A. Joelle believes movement is a vessel for strength, storytelling, and self-expression — and that every dancer has a signature worth finding.
